John Fuda has easily become my favorite meatball of Real Housewives of New Jersey . He is a doting father and loving husband to Rachel Fuda . And the Jersey Italian understands his mission. During Sunday’s episode, fans watched him deny he was going into anaphylactic shock. It was then that he became the MVP of the Garden State. John, just like most of the other Real Househusbands of New Jersey, is all about comradery and having fun. So it’s a shame when someone tries to come along and ruin the good vibes.

Thanks to Teresa Giudice’s lips, John has been the center of drama during the Real Housewives of New Jersey. Usually, a Real Housewives series is used to be all about the ladies. But the OG made sure to drag this particular husband into the dirt where she is used to playing.

Teresa Giudice called John Fuda a “drug dealer”

Tre, Rach, and John all got into it during Jenn Fessler’s birthday party. By the end of the episode, Teresa had yelled that John was “the biggest drug dealer in Bergen County.” The verbal attack seemed fishy, especially considering Bergen County’s proximity to Paterson and Newark; both cities have highly saturated illegal drug markets. The allegation from Teresa didn’t pass the test, in my opinion, especially since John isn’t affiliated with any crime family.

The comment was about John’s past years earlier. In Episode 6, John clarified to the guys that he “sold marijuana” as a “juvenile” but has since turned a new leaf. John was arrested in 2008 at the age of 21 in North Jersey for operating a motor vehicle while in possession of a narcotic. However, the father of three was never convicted, and the charges were dismissed. John spoke with Page Six to set the record straight.

    What’s in a name?

John stated, “I was never convicted, and charges were dismissed. Some of the online trolls tried to twist this information, stating this was the reason why I changed my name.” John Fuda was born Jonathan D’Atria. But the Bravo star insisted he changed to his mother’s maiden name after his parents divorced. John told the outlet, “My grandfather was a huge part of our lives and the father figure in mine. My mother even received a call from Paramus school one day asking her to correct my signature; I always wrote ‘Jonathan Fuda’ on my papers.”

John even poked fun at the OG’s supporters, sharing, “Some of the ‘Tre Stumps’ need to ask themselves if I wanted to hide my past. Why did I make my former last name my middle name? I’m not ashamed of mistakes I made as a kid.”

There are new allegations against John Fuda

The Herald News reported via NorthJersey.com that John was arrested at 20 under his first name, Jonathan Datria. The old charges have been resurrected by a blogger who has been posting snippets of the entire article. The article states that “John Datria of Elmwood Park,” along with two other individuals, “face charges of robbery, theft, and unlawful possession of a gun and drugs.” At the time of the article, the three men were held at Clifton municipal lockup on $250,000 with no 10% bail option.

It was revealed that seven people in between two cars pulled up to an apartment on Portland Ave. It was reported that while three of the seven kept watch outside, the others barged into the residence. All five victims were ordered onto the kitchen floor and bound with duct tape.

The chief of police shared that “the suspects ordered one of the residents to tell them the location of the stash of drugs and money. When he didn’t cooperate, they pistol-whipped and kicked him.” The group was then accused of ransacking the apartment and taking phones and jewelry, as well as $400 in cash. Following the incident, three suspects were caught in the neighboring town of Passaic, and four suspects remained at large.

Teresa Giudice loves digging up dirt

On a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live , Teresa told Andy Cohen she was “going to finish the fight.” In a bit of a rant, Tre noted, “It’s too bad we aren’t having a reunion because I was going to bring an envelope, and I was going to take something out of the envelope.” Tre was referencing the moment from the Season 13 reunion where John showed an envelope with alleged proof Luis Ruelas had been investigating his family. This isn’t the first time Teresa has dug for information on her costars.

John has yet to comment on the latest revelations about his past, and without a reunion, fans may never hear his side.
