Andy Cohen Says Bravo Is “Rebooting” ‘RHONJ’: “Maybe Just All Fresh Faces”

“When all of us producers saw the last cut of the finale, we all came to the decision separately and then we talked,” executive producer Andy Cohen said on Andy Cohen Live . “We all had the same thought, which is the finale is kind of the finale and the reunion all in one.”

Instead, Variety reported that the cast came together at Rails Steakhouse in New Jersey to watch the Season 14 finale, albeit in two separate rooms. Giudice, Aydin and Goldschneider were in one room, while Gorga, Cabral, Fuda, Fessler and Josephs were in another. Catania reportedly went back and forth between both groups. According to the outlet, the watch party will be aired on Sunday, Aug. 11 — one week after the finale.

“I didn’t have to see anybody I didn’t like or that I’m not getting along with,” Aydin told People of the new format. “It was quite pleasant! Amongst ourselves, we all aired our grievances and our gripes and we all communicated. It wasn’t the fighting that you usually see. And the fans are as sick of the fighting as I am, so I think they’re going to love it.”

While there will most likely be a Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 15, the show may not look the same as it does now.
