The former frontman for The Smiths just announced he’s striking out on a brief North American tour this fall.
Moz will pay his respects to the Northeast on this quick 14-concert run, too.
As of now, he has three shows in New York and New Jersey.
For those hoping to catch “The Pope of Mope” live, you can find him at Newark’s New Jersey Performing Arts Center on Wednesday, Nov. 13, Atlantic City’s Ocean Casino Resort on Friday, Nov. 15 and Rochester, NY’s Kodak Center on Saturday, Nov. 16.
“There is currently something happening, a finesse and ferocity coming from Morrissey and the band that is unparalleled to anything I’ve seen in my tenure as Morrissey’s guitarist for over 21 years,” band member Jesse Tobias shared via Instagram .
“It’s an infectious excitement coming from him directly manifesting through the band and into the audience leaving everyone in a euphoric state.”
For those who can’t wait to see the acerbic crooner wail with “finesse and ferocity” live, tickets are available for all 14 concerts as soon as today.
Fans can purchase tickets for all upcoming Morrissey shows on sites like Vivid Seats ; the official on-sale is Friday, June 7.
