Statewide events scheduled for Climate Emergency Day July 22
The Farley Center is teaming up with Building Unity and 350 Wisconsin to offer a community potluck and teach-in on Monday, July 22 for Climate Emergency Day. Guests are encouraged to bring a dish to share, blankets or chairs for the event, which runs from 6-8 p.m. Building Unity will have various speakers addressing the need to act on the climate emergency.

A man is dead following a motorcycle crash in the Town of Pleasant Springs on the evening of Tuesday, July 16. According to a Dane County Sheriff’s Office news release, at 6:58 p.m., a citizen walking in the area of Tower Drive near Erdahl Drive in the Town of Pleasant Springs found an unresponsive male lying in the ditch.
