River levels force Freight House Farmers’ Market to relocate
River levels have forced the Freight House Farmers’ Market to relocate again temporarily. It was crowded as vendors were set up in the parking lot of the Scott County Administrative Center on 4th St. in Davenport, especially since a lot of fresh produce is available. This is not the first time the market has had to move, so vendors try to take it in stride. The market will be back open Sunday, July 6 from 10 a.m. 2:00 p.m. The Freight House Farmers’ Market will stay in the Administrative Center parking lot until flood waters recede and the city can clean up the area.

Brewer, 31, has a 5.66 ERA in 20 2/3 innings with the Cubs this year despite a solid 3.12 FIP and a 23.2% strikeout rate.
