Heating up heading into the work week
Good evening, Heartland, we are looking at clear skies overnight, but expect a warm up throughout the week. Monday morning will see upper 60s and sunshine, which will continue into the afternoon. As we get into the afternoon, expect warmer temperatures, in the mid 90s, and heat index values nearing 100. This pattern will continue through the beginning of the work week, with triple digit heat index values on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, most likely. As we get to Thursday, we will see more cloud coverage with partly cloudy skies.

A Nevada, Missouri, man has been sentenced in federal court for his role in leading a conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. Trenton D.
