The Florida Avenue Bridge will be closed for vehicular traffic Saturday, Port NOLA announced Friday morning. Crews will perform roadway maintenance and cleaning on the Ninth Ward bridge starting at 8 a.m. Officials encourage motorists to use the bridge along LA 39 and North Claiborne Avenue, formally the Judge Seeber Bridge, and the St. Claude Avenue Bridge along LA 46.
