Dayton celebrates 18th annual African American Cultural Festival at RiverScape
DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) -- The 18th annual Dayton African American Cultural Festival weekend began on Saturday, August 17 at RiverScape MetroPark and ran from noon to 8 p.m. The free family-friendly festival focused on celebrating culture and community.
