Afeez’s criminal complaint states that after a verbal exchange, Brittney punched him, and later hit him with a baseball bat which resulted in a laceration above his eye. The couple’s two children, a two year old and an eight-month-old baby, were present at the time. The incident reportedly occurred earlier this month, and in the time since, Afeez, who is a celebrity stylist, has posted about his injury to social media, writing, “Domestic violence against men is real and should be taken seriously. I’ve been bullied way too long.
