As office managing partner for the New York and New Jersey offices, Kelly Frank oversees Crowe’s local personnel and strategy, providing leadership, management and strategic direction to grow the firm within the region. In addition, Frank fosters team member development and engagement, strengthening the firm’s presence in the community. Crowe is a public accounting, consulting and technology firm with offices in markets around the country. As an independent member of Crowe Global, an international accounting network, the firm serves clients worldwide.

In addition to her office managing partner role, Frank serves as national leader for Crowe’s public sector audit practice. She focuses on providing audit, accounting and consulting services to clients in the nonprofit and higher education industries.

Frank is a current member of the planning committee for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Annual Not-for-Profit Industry Conference. She also serves as a board trustee and treasurer for the Foundation for Morristown Medical Center and as a board trustee and treasurer for Caucus Educational Corporation. She is a former member of the Financial Accounting Standards Board’s nonprofit advisory committee. In addition to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, she is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants,

Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Montclair State University.
