Michael B. Ceschini is the managing member of Ceschini CPAs Tax & Advisory, a certified public accounting and profitability consulting firm. Founded in 2002, Ceschini CPAs has offices in Miller Place and New York City.

Ceschini’s areas of specialization include accounting, profitability consulting, fiscal management, financial statement preparation, and tax planning and compliance for construction contractors as well as real estate distributors and closely held businesses. He also advises clients on strategic business planning, tax minimization strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and succession planning.

With more than 25 years of experience, Ceschini is frequently called upon as a lecturer and business advisor for companies and industry trade organizations. He has written articles and served as an expert source for various publications, including Construction Executive, Newsday and the New York Real Estate Journal.

Ceschini is also an active member of various trade organizations, which helps him to stay abreast of the challenges and issues faced by construction contractors and to formulate solutions for his clients.

A graduate of SUNY New Paltz, Ceschini holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting. In addition to his certified public accountant designation, he holds the certified construction industry financial professional (CCIFP) designation from the Institute of Certified Construction Industry Financial Professionals and the certified merger and acquisition advisors (CM&AA) designation from the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors.
