Justin was pulled over by police and cops suspected he was intoxicated after smelling alcohol on his breath.
Cops also noted that he appeared to have glassy eyes, slow speech, was unsteady, and struggled to pass sobriety tests.
Sources told the DailyMail that Justin was out with friends the night before in the area.
He left the American Hotel just after midnight and was pulled over after running through a stop sign, according to TMZ .
Justin’s court date is set for July 26, which is the same day he’s scheduled to perform in Kraków, Poland .
JUSTIN OPENED UP ON DRUGS AND ALCOHOL
The singer previously opened up about his experience with drugs and alcohol.
Justin discussed the topic in a 2006 interview with the British magazine, Observer Music Monthly .
The publication has since merged with The Guardian.
The interview was published after his hit song, SexyBack, dropped and Justin was just 25 years old.
In a conversation about his personal life and goals, Justin was asked if he would ever want to be President of the United States .
“I’ve done way too many drugs already,” he responded.
When pressed on the drugs he’s done, Justin said, “I’m just like everyone else, I get completely plastered, I’ve done my fair share of drugs and I’ve been caught places with my pants down. It’s just I make sure there are no cameras around.”
Timberlake's Criminal Attorney to the Stars

Justin’s attorney has represented a gamut of notable names out east.
In 2015, the attorney represented a pre #MeToo era Matt Lauer in his fight with his Water Mill neighbors to plant trees along his property in an effort to combat noise from adjoining properties that were spooking his horses.
In 2017, Ed represented Harvey Weinstein in a fender bender incident in a parking lot in the Hamptons, where the disgraced movie mogul allegedly tried to drive away.
In 2001, he represented Lizzie Grubman, a nightlife publicist whose car careened into a crowd of 16 people in front of a Hamptons club, before fleeing the scene.
“I’ll leave the preaching to the preachers – my grandfather’s a preacher – but I believe you don’t do anything to excess,” Justin shared.
“They always say too much of a good thing could be a bad thing. I try to live my life in a well-rounded manner. We all make mistakes.”
“I don’t show up drunk to functions and the drugs I do have been in my own private time … If Courtney Love shows up to a function it’s like: ‘Oh that’s Courtney Love,’ but if I show up drunk it’s like: ‘Oh my God,’” he went on to say.
The pop singer opened up on excessive drinking once again in 2023 during the premiere of Oprah ‘s Master Class.
He admitted to abusing alcohol at one point in his life after struggling to cope with the pressures of fame.
Justin said that surrounding himself with positive influences, including his wife Jessica Biel , helped him to get through that time in his life.
She shared photos of Justin with their children and wrote, “You’re so many things to so many people. But to us you are THE ROCK. The rock we climb on, we lean against.”
“The rock that shades us from the sun. And when we recline on you, as we always do, hopefully our butts will keep you eternally grounded and warm. We LOVE YOU,” she added.
The U.S. Sun has reached out to Justin Timberlake’s representatives for comment but did not immediately hear back.
