Justin Timberlake's wife Jessica Biel ditched her wedding ring after his DWI arrest.

She's busy filming The Better Sister in New York City after the singer's arrest last Tuesday. The singer, 43, was arrested for driving under the influence and reports claim Justin ran a stop sign and was caught "swerving" as he drove home.

Now Jessica has been spotted on set, sporting no ring as she beamed for pictures.

Justin will take to the stage tonight at Madison Square Garden for his Future Tomorrow tour, with fans now debating the pair's relationship status. "She's going to divorce him soon," one user wrote on Reddit. While someone else said: "Divorce incoming."

It comes after Justin broke his silence on the arrest as he took to the stage for his global tour . Addressing his fans at Chicago's United Center Stadium last week, he opened up about the ordeal, saying: "It's been a tough week." Continuing his heart-to-heart, Justin told fans: "I know I'm hard to love sometimes but you keep loving me right back."

He went on to empathize with the crowd, acknowledging that everyone goes through their own "ups-and-downs and lefts-and-rights". Friday's concert was Justin's comeback show following his arrest in The Hamptons.

His tour will see him perform in cities like Boston, Baltimore, and Cleveland, wrapping up on December 20 in Kansas City. His latest show comes after a statement from Justin's attorney regarding the intoxicated driving incident. Edward Burke Jr expressed his eagerness to defend the star in court, with his court appearance scheduled for July 26.

Speaking to TMZ , his lawyer stated: "[We] look forward to vigorously defending Mr. Timberlake against these allegations. He will have a lot to say at the appropriate time." He added: "He is currently awaiting full discovery from the DA's office." Justin's court date is the same day his European leg of his tour kicks off in Krakow, Poland.

A source revealed details about his arrest, telling The New York Post that when Justin was arrested, he muttered under his breath: "This is going to ruin the tour." The police officer arresting him reportedly asked what tour, unaware of who he had just handcuffed.
