The NBA offseason has begun but can’t ‘officially’ begin until next Friday…but the Knicks have already put together a banger.

On Tuesday, word broke that they are acquiring Mikal Bridges from the Nets for a boatload of draft picks, and then, Wednesday, hours before the draft, came the report that they have agreed to a five-year, $212.5 million deal to re-sign OG Anunoby.

Isaiah Hartenstein still remains a free agent and the Knicks may not have enough money to sign him, but regardless of what happens next, Boomer believes they are MORE than on the right path.

“This off-season for the Knicks right now, as they sit here, is the best they've had in 20 years, maybe 25. I give them an A-plus,” Boomer said. “I know there'll be haters out there, talking about they don't really have any stars or anything, but you know what? I think this team is loaded with great guys and guys that wanna be on the team together with each other, and there's not gonna be any selfishness going on.”

“What is next? Is it a Jalen Brunson extension? Is it getting rid of Mitchell Robinson? Or is it somehow finding a way to re-sign Isaiah Hartenstein?” Gio asked.

Chemistry is important and winning cures all, and of course, it remains to be seen how all the pieces come together on the floor – but for now, they're winning off the hardwood.
