Report: Mercedes Moné Seen Speaking With Shane McMahon, They Had A Conversation About AEW

AEW’s Mercedes Moné was seen catching up with Shane McMahon , according to a new report.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider reports that the two were spotted at LaGuardia Airport in New York City, and they were speaking with each other while on their way to their respective flights. Johnson cites a source who confirmed that McMahon and Moné had a conversation about All Elite Wrestling .

Rumors of Vince McMahon’s son potentially making an appearance in AEW have been swirling for a few weeks. AEW President Tony Khan has openly said that Shane was always welcome in AEW, but for now, there is no word on whether it will actually happen.

Moné has become one of AEW’s top stars since she joined the company. She won the TBS Championship by defeating Willow Nightingale at AEW Dynasty. “The CEO” then beat Stephanie Vaquer to win the NJPW STRONG Openweight Championship at AEW x NJPW Doube or Nothing.
