NYC records department is hiring history enthusiasts

NEW YORK (PIX11) — Do you have a passion for history and preserving historical records? The New York City Department of Records and Information Services (DORIS) is hiring for various positions in multiple boroughs.
“DORIS’ mission is to foster civic life by preserving and providing access to historical and contemporary records of New York City government,” the Department of Records and Information Services website said. “The Digital Collections site offers access to more than 2,300,000 items from the Municipal Archives’ vast holdings of historical records, including photographs, maps, blueprints, motion pictures, and audio recordings.”
There is a range of jobs available, including administrative, archival and managerial positions. The pay starts at $22.93 an hour, with salary options beginning at around $59,000 and others starting at $72,000.
