This fan lost a beer and his dignity during the Rangers-Padres game Wednesday.

After Padres outfielder Jurickson Profar fouled off a pitch in the eighth inning, a fan wearing a blue collared shirt climbed on top of the visiting dugout, beer in hand, in an attempt to catch the ball, but failed spectacularly.

“Whoa, that fan, what is he doing?” Padres color commentator Mark Grant said on the telecast. “What is that clown doing?”

The onlooker fell into the safety netting separating the dugout from the fans, and his aluminum-bottled beer flew as he tumbled.

The fan quickly got up and celebrated while high-fiving his friend sitting in the front row before being surrounded by security.

As the fan attempted to sit and continue to enjoy the game, security decided that the spectator had seen enough.

“Time for cha-cha to go,” Grant continued as security surrounded him.

“We’ve got an unruly fan here,” Grant quipped while pretending to talk into a walkie-talkie.

“This guy is on top of the dugout and then loses it, does the big tuna and then loses the 24-ouncer,” Grant continued.

The fan was then swiftly removed from the game by security, much to the dismay of the crowd, who booed the ejection and high-fived him on the way out.

While being sent out, the fan looked at security in confusion as if to say, “What did I do?”

The Rangers ultimately lost, 6-4, after blowing a 4-2 lead, yielding runs in the fifth, sixth and seventh innings.

Texas has been a disaster in the bullpen department, blowing leads left and right en route to the AL’s third-worst relief era (4.52).

The defending champion Rangers’ loss to the Padres dropped their record to 39-47 and they sit third place in the AL West.
