Pokémon GO Fest kicks off on Randall’s Island Park

MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) — Catch ’em all at the Pokémon GO Fest on Randall’s Island Park.

Aspiring Pokémon trainers can explore the park and the city this weekend, and enjoy exclusive gameplay and special bonuses while adventuring alongside other participants.

The event is split into a Morning Park Experience and an Afternoon Park Experience. Festivalgoers can spend their morning or afternoon at Randall’s Island Park before adventuring in the city, depending on which ticket is purchased.

Attendees can take the ferry to Randall’s Island Park, however, tickets must be purchased before boarding the ferry on a first-come, first-served basis.
