Alec Baldwin' s involuntary manslaughter charges were dismissed with prejudice on Friday.

The actor burst into tears and was consoled by his lawyer, who stood alongside him in court, as Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer delivered her verdict. The defense argued that evidence was hidden from them throughout the process. The judge called it a "needless and incurable delay" of justice that the evidence was not brought forward sooner.

Alec was then seen smiling on the streets of New York City on Saturday, July 13. He was accompanied by his wife Hilaria Baldwin and arrived in a private jet. This comes days after his charges were dismissed.
