    Trains moving in and out of Penn Station after morning delays: NJ Transit

    NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) – Rail service in and out of Penn Station was restored after a disabled train in a Hudson River Tunnel caused delays, according to NJ Transit.

    NJ Transit board unanimously approves 15% fare hike

    Delays of about 30 minutes started around 9 a.m.

    NJ Transit tickets were cross-honored by NJ Transit and private carrier buses and PATH at Newark Penn, Hoboken and 33rd Street.
