SUFFOLK COUNTY (PIX11) – A New York Supreme Court Judge has decided not to toss a suit filed by a woman who alleges abuse by Brian Warner, known as gothic shock rocker Marilyn Manson. She is publicly revealing her identity for the first time.

Biana Allaine Kyne alleges Manson abused her when she was underage. The abuse occurred in the states of Louisiana and Texas and in New York, according to court documents.

“No longer a nameless victim, I stand before you as Biana Allaine Kyne, a survivor,” read a statement released Monday by Jeff Anderson and Associates PA. “For years, I lived under his shadow, paralyzed by fear. But that fear no longer controls me. It has been replaced by an unwavering pursuit of justice. I stand tall, unafraid. I stand with every survivor who bravely speaks out.”

In 2023, Kyne filed a lawsuit against Manson as Jane Doe. Other women, such as actresses Evan Rachel Wood and Esmé Bianco, also came forward at the time, accusing Manson of physical and sexual abuse.

In her lawsuit, Kyne accused Manson of grooming and coercing her to participate in sex in Buffalo and again in Uniondale, according to court documents.

Manson filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit. However, a New York judge ruled it could proceed.

Judge Muraca ruled that Kyne, however, must remove all mention of her alleged grooming and sexual abuse from the factual background. She must also strike any paragraphs related to drawings she composed of the performer when she was younger. She must also remove the claim of abuse that occurred in other states.

Several women have sued Manson in recent years with allegations of sexual and other abuse. Most have been dismissed or settled, including a suit filed by “Game of Thrones” actor Esmé Bianco.
