    Man accused of forcibly touching woman walking dog in Manhattan: NYPD

    EAST VILLAGE, Manhattan (PIX11) — Police are searching for a man accused of forcibly touching a woman while she walked her dog on Saturday, according to officials.

    The 65-year-old victim was walking her dog near 11 East Eighth St. when a man grabbed her without permission over her clothes around 5:30 p.m., according to police.

    Police described the suspect as being around 5 foot 9 inches in height.
