Zeal & Ardor have announced a Fall 2024 North American tour in support of their upcoming album, GREIF , which arrives August 23rd. The avant-garde metal band has also unveiled the LP’s latest single, “Hide in Shade.”
The tour, which features support from Gaerea and Zetra, kicks off November 23rd in Philadelphia, and runs through a December 18th show in Dallas. Along the way, it will hit New York City, Montreal, Chicago, Minneapolis, and Seattle, among other markets.
Tickets for select dates go on sale today (July 19th) at 10 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster , with other shows available through local venue links via the band’s website . Fans can also look for deals or get tickets to sold-out dates via StubHub , where your purchase is 100% guaranteed through StubHub’s Fan Protect program.
“We can finally share our U.S. dates later this year,” stated Zeal & Ardor. “We’re excited to play the new world again, moreover we have an incredible group of artists along with us. We can’t wait to see you there.”
The new single, “Hide in Shade,” shows off the wide scope of Zeal & Ardor’s sound, ranging from the call-and-response influence of African-American spirituals to the guttural screams of extreme metal.
“We would be remiss if we didn’t share something closer to what we are known for,” the band commented on the the new song. “This is that. Where the sun shows all we hide in shade. Stay strange.”
