JAY-Z will revive his iconic 40/40 Club for a limited time at this year's Fanatics Fest NYC.

The once-prominent nightclub is set to return for Michael Rubin's annual festival next month at the Javitz Center in New York City. According to a press release, Hov's official recreation of his beloved venue will be an exclusive lounge that "pays homage to The 40/40 Club’s rich legacy, complete with signature details like framed jerseys from the club archive, grand chandeliers, stadium seating, small bites inspired by its original menu, premium beverage offerings," and more. The invite-only pop-up is expected to attract plenty of athletes and celebrities.

JAY-Z, Juan Perez, and Desiree Perez co-founded the 40/40 Club in 2003 with its flagship location in the Flatiron District of New York City. The upscale sports bar is decked out with rare sports memorabilia, numerous large TV screens for sporting events, and luxurious VIP rooms for other special occasions. Various top-notch events were held at the New York City venue including a secret J. Cole show in 2010 and the official album release party for Rihanna's Unapologetic LP.

At one point, there were five locations in total, however, the venues in Atlantic City, N.J., and Las Vegas have closed. The main New York City location was shuttered last year, but will reportedly open in a new location in 2025. The remaining 40/40 Club venues are an airport bar in Atlanta and a special restaurant at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

The Fanatics Fest NYC is going down on August 16-18. Tickets are on sale now starting at $20 for kids and $50 for adults.
