NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) -- A man knocked on a SoHo woman's front door and forced his way into her apartment in a brazen midday home invasion robbery last week, police said Friday.

Video from the NYPD appears to show the suspect entering the building at Wooster and Prince streets before the robbery on the afternoon of July 15.

The 29-year-old victim was in her apartment around 2 p.m. when the man knocked on her door and then entered, police said.

He threatened her multiple times and then stole two Apple iPads from the residence, according to cops.

He was last seen fleeing on foot up Wooster Street with the stolen items.

The victim declined medical attention at the scene.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
