A deranged beggar repeatedly stabbed a woman in a Queens subway station Sunday after he demanded she give him cash, cops said.

Randol Contreras, 24, stabbed a 23-year-old stranger in the torso multiple times on the mezzanine level of the Jamaica-Van Wyck E train station in Richmond Hill around 8:30 p.m. before two good Samaritans stepped in to hold him for cops, authorities said.

The violence erupted after Contreras asked the woman for money, sparking a clash between the two straphangers, police said.

The woman was rushed to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, where she was listed in stable condition.

Two good Samaritans — a man and woman — stepped in and grabbed Contreras, stopping him from fleeing before cops arrived, cops and sources said.

One subway rider told WABC that such violent acts have become commonplace in the area and the station.

“I’m honestly not surprised just because of the neighborhood and there’s always problems with the E,” the commuter said. “It’s pretty dangerous. It’s expected.”
