The actress looked serious as she made her way to the set.

This look comes just days after it was revealed that her husband's lawyer is attempting to get the singer's DWI case dismissed.

Timberlake's lawyer, Edward Burke, Jr., who has asserted that the singer was not intoxicated during the arrest, is now reportedly set to argue that the arresting officers allowed Timberlake's female friend, who had 'clearly' been drinking, to drive away while arresting Timberlake.

Recent reports say it was 'apparent' that the woman had been drinking. Timberlake's lawyers say the cop's judgement was skewed when they let his female friend, who had "clearly been drinking, drive away, right in front of their eyes. If they were unable to properly evaluate her, how could they properly evaluate him?"

The singer, who is currently on a world tour, was arrested on June 18 around 12:30 a.m. by a Sag Harbor Village Police Department officer in the Hamptons.

According to a court document, he was stopped for allegedly running a stop sign and veering out of his lane.
