    NYC cops on hunt for sicko who raped woman on street after asking her for directions

    A sicko raped a 35-year-old woman on a Bronx street after asking her for directions this week, cops said.

    The attacker stopped the woman at the northeast corner of Bergen Avenue and East 149th Street in Mott Haven just after 1 a.m. Monday, police said.

    He asked her for directions before turning violent and raping her at the commercial intersection, authorities said.

    The perv took off on foot, heading east on East 149th Street toward Brook Avenue, cops said.

    The victim was taken to Lincoln Medical Center, where she was listed in stable condition.

    The backpack-wearing attacker is described as about 6-feet tall, with a dark complexion.

    He was last seen wearing a black shirt with a multi-colored design on the front, black pants and black shoes.
