The Spanish Revival-style abode actor Clint Eastwood called home during his stint as a California mayor is ready for its next owner.

The century-old Carmel-by-the-Sea property, where Eastwood, 94, lived while he was mayor of the Monterey County coastal city from 1986 to 1988, is seeking $21 million, the Wall Street Journal first reported.

The current owner, retired octogenarian investor Frederick O’Such, purchased the property from an Eastwood-linked trust for approximately $2.25 million in 1996, according to the Journal.

“My family has loved living and entertaining at this iconic property for nearly three decades,” O’Such said in a statement of his time at the address, which he extensively renovated shortly after closing. “Right after we purchased the home, we rebuilt the interior spaces, adding in an Arts and Crafts style by installing mahogany wood finishes, cherry wood floors, and other elements that were interesting to me. It is time for the next owner to enjoy this historic home and share it with their friends and family for years to come.”

Built in 1924, the residence, which is officially named Las Ondas, iis a block from Carmel Beach and overlooks the Pacific Ocean. Today, it offers nearly 4,500 square feet of interior living space spread over three stories. In all there are four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and one half-bathroom.

As well there is a formal dining room, a living room — both of which contain gas fireplaces — a media room, temperature-controlled wine room, two laundry rooms and a Craftsman-style kitchen with built-in seating, Thermador and Subzero appliances and a tin tile ceiling. There are dual primary bedrooms, each with an en suite bath, one of which has a steam shower, clawfoot tub, private balcony and yet another gas fireplace.

In regards to outdoor space, there are multiple decks with ocean views, a landscaped interior courtyard and gated access to a walkway leading to the beach.

The home’s stone is built of Carmel stone topped by a clay tile roof.

Elsewhere on the 11,000 square foot lot is a two-car garage.
