The outlet said “multiple arrests” were expected after fingerprints were found at the murder scene. Sources later confirmed to the Los Angeles Times that cops planned to start arresting gang members sometime Thursday.

Wactor, 37, was gunned down outside Level 8, a downtown LA nightclub where he worked, after interrupting thieves trying to steal the catalytic convertor on his car, according to police.

The slaying has drawn widespread attention and was the subject of a rally by friends and relatives Tuesday outside LA City Hall.

“I’m asking that anybody that knows anything please come forward,” Wactor’s mother, Scarlett Wactor, told reporters.

Police had also made a plea for clues earlier this month, releasing surveillance images of three suspects who fled the crime scene in a stolen 2018 black Infiniti Q50.

Asked about the reported arrests, an LAPD spokesperson told The Post that there were no plans to release any information on the case.
