Jamie-Lynn Sigler just went through a “lifequake.”

The “Sopranos” actress, 43, posted about the term on her Instagram Story Monday after revealing that her 10-year-old son, Beau, was finally out of the hospital following a major health crisis.

Sigler shared author and keynote speaker Laura Dawn’s post that featured the definition for “lifequake.”

“A significant, sudden and unexpected shift in the trajectory of your life that initially feels devastating but has the beneficial outcome of catalyzing personal growth, transformation and rebirth,” it read.

Over the weekend, Sigler announced on Instagram that her son, who was diagnosed with acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM) and went through a “nightmare” experience in the ICU, left the hospital after a 33-day stay.

She shared a video of Beau walking down a hallway in the hospital as people lined up on both sides and cheered for him.

“My brave boy, you are a walking miracle,” Sigler wrote about Beau, whom she shares with husband Cutter Dykstra.

“The rest of this story will be Beau’s to tell, if he chooses to one day,” she noted, before thanking the “incredible” staff at Dells Children’s Hospital in Austin, Texas, for their “patience, dedication and expertise.”

Sigler revealed Beau has ADEM — a very rare, neurological immune response that sometimes kids can get after contracting a simple virus — at the beginning of the month.

“To say this has been hard, is an understatement, and I’ve never felt more broken,” she wrote via Instagram on Aug. 6.

On her podcast with Christina Applegate, Sigler said her oldest son had a 105-degree fever and screamed that his head hurt when he was rushed to the hospital. He went to the ER three separate times over the next days, only to be sent home after tests were run.

Beau was eventually brought to the ICU where he lost his ability to speak and, at one point, his ability to move his legs, Sigler said.

“It was and has been like the darkest, hardest, most f–ked-up thing I’ve ever been through,” the “Big Sky” actress explained on her podcast.

Sigler has dealt with her own health issues, as she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) at age 20.

She waited until 2016 to publicly share her diagnosis.

“A lot of the times with a diagnosis it can be fear, depression, sadness, grief,” Sigler told People last year. “I really came to this place of understanding, processing those feelings, and stepped into this place of acceptance.”

Sigler openly talks about her MS battle on her “MeSsy” podcast with Applegate, who is also fighting the disease.
