The body of British tech tycoon Mike Lynch was found alongside the remains of four of his guests in the first cabin of the doomed Bayesian superyacht — while his teen daughter apparently died alone in another cabin, authorities said.

The $40 million ship sank stern-first and rolled onto its right side as it slipped beneath the waves Monday — prompting the passengers trapped on board to seek refuge in the air pockets on the vessel’s left side.

The cause of the incident is under investigation, Italian authorities confirmed Saturday, though it is believed the vessel was likely struck by a downspout.

Divers found Lynch’s body in the first cabin Thursday, said Bentivoglio Fiandra, chief of Palermo’s fire brigade and part of the divers’ rescue team, according to the BBC .

The bodies of New York attorney Christopher Morvillo and his wife, Neda, as well as Morgan Stanley exec Jonathan Bloomer and his wife, Judy, were also found in the first cabin.

Hannah Lynch, 18, was the last victim to be retrieved from the wreck. Her body was recovered Friday.

The remains of Lynch’s daughter, Hannah, were found alone in the third cabin on the left side, Fiandra explained.

The bright student was set to study English at the University of Oxford, one of her former teachers told reporters.

Lynch’s wife, and Hannah’s mother, Angela Bacares was one of the 15 passengers and crew who managed to escape the Bayesian.

The body of the on-ship chef, Ricardo Thomas, was pulled from the water shortly after the sinking .

The probe will zero in on how a vessel deemed “unsinkable” by the manufacturer, Italian Sea Group, went under while a nearby sailboat was mostly unscathed during the freak weather event.

Italian Sea Group CEO Giovanni Costantino blamed the tragedy on “indescribably, unreasonable” crew errors .

“The impossible happened on that boat … but it went down because it took on water. From where the investigators will tell,” he told Reuters.

In an interview with the Financial Times, Costantino claimed the Bayesian sank in 16 minutes – which should have been plenty of time for the crew to evacuate everyone safely.

The doomed cruise was hosted by Lynch to celebrate his recent acquittal on fraud charges in the US.
