A Poughkeepsie man has been charged with gunning down well-known sneaker reseller “Upscale Cracc,” who was shot multiple times during a robbery in June, cops said.

Alleged gun man Jayquan Straker, 35, was taken into custody Saturday morning in the murder of Upscale, whose real name is Javier Osorio-Mejia, 31, according to police.

Osorio-Mejia, a Bayonne, New Jersey, resident, was shot three times in his right leg in front of a clothing store at 41 Greene St. in Soho at 5:15 a.m. on June 25, authorities said.

A clothing store called Stone Island is located at the address of the shooting, though it was not clear what Osorio-Mejia was doing there at that time.
