An alleged gang member who shot two NYPD sergeants during a robbery whined to arresting officers “one of y’all get shot and it’s a f–king problem,” new court papers reveal.

Joshua Dorsett, 22, mind-boggingly asked cops for a glass of water before telling them to stop complaining about his wounding the officers whom he fired at after robbing a Canal Street mahjong parlor on Aug. 1, the records show.

“Guys getting shot on Citizen all day, one of ya’ll get shot and it’s a f–ing problem. F–k,” Dorsett told cops moments after the standoff, according to documents filed as he was indicted on attempted murder charges Tuesday in Manhattan Supreme Court.

Dorsett, whose mother weeped in the audience as prosecutors revealed new details about the case, also claimed that he “blacked out” during the alleged shooting and didn’t know how the gun went off, according to the records.

“When that happened I thought ‘F–K MY LIFE IS OVER’. I am black,” Dorsett allegedly told cops. “I had both hands behind my back. He went in my pocket, the officer and the gun went bam.”

Dorsett pleaded not guilty to attempted murder in the first degree, robbery, assault and other charges.

Dorsett had stormed into the parlor at 4 p.m. and held a group of 20 people at gunpoint as they played dice, Manhattan Assistant District Attorney Mireille Dee said.

Dorsett, who was seen on multiple surveillance cameras, allegedly made off with several purses, a backpack and some cash after the stickup — when he went to a nearby clothing store in an attempt to change his outfit and evade police, prosecutors said.

Minutes later, two veteran cops — Sgt. Carl Johnson, 43, of the fifth precinct, and Sgt. Christopher Leap, 34, of the seventh precinct — spotted Dorsett and tried to restrain him on Eldridge Street near Delancy Street, cops said.

“The defendant ran from police, clutching the gun in his right hand’s pocket and refused to stop despite being chased by several officers,” Dee said, adding that Dorsett continued to refuse to give officers his right hand even as they captured him.

That’s when Dorsett fired his .45 caliber semi-automatic pistol that struck Johnson in the groin, and the same bullet passed through and grazed Leap in the left leg 5feet behind him, prosecutors said.

Dorsett refused to be restrained, and cops recovered one shell casing stuck in the alleged gangbanger’s gun chamber, according to prosecutors.

Dorsett, who infamously flipped off a camera inside a holding cell after his arrest , was out on probation for just over a month after a May conviction for selling crack cocaine to an undercover officer six times.

He was also busted as a youthful offender in another gunpoint robbery in 2020 when he attempted to snatch a Louis Vuitton handbag from someone — with the victim claiming he or she heard a “clicking” from Dorsett’s silver handgun, prosecutors said.

The alleged gangbanger also has a juvie conviction for criminal possession of stolen property where he was sentenced to placement for 12 months, Dee said, who asked Judge Laura Ward for remand.

“If you’re guilty of these charges, it’s really a shame because you were given two opportunities — one as a minor and one while on probation,” the judge scolded Dorsett as she remanded him.

The NYPD’s Sergeants Benevolent Association President Vincent Vallelong branded Dorsett as a miscreant who should spend the rest of his life in prison.

“[Dorsett] has nothing to bring to society,” Vallelong said outside court. “To be honest with you, he tried to kill two people and that’s the two people he tried to kill somebody else prior to this. He should go to jail for the rest of his life.”

Dorsett’s attorney, Bernadette Rabuy of the New York County Defender Services, reserved a bail application.

Dorsettis scheduled to return to court on Dec.9.
