It wouldn’t be an NFL season without strangers throwing hands in the name of fanhood.

Chargers and Raiders fans threw down outside the stadium on Sunday, with one fan laid out on the dirt a bloody mess while a woman got into the action defending him as he lay unconscious.

A man wearing a black Raiders No. 5 jersey got into an initial scuffle with a Los Angeles Chargers fan wearing a Derwin James No. 3 jersey.

A third fan wearing a white Maxx Crosby No. 98 Raiders jersey attempted to break up the tussle before he was clocked by the Raiders fan in the black jersey.

From there, it was a two-on-one mismatch as one clean right hand by the fan in the light blue Chargers jersey knocked the enemy fan unconscious.

Even the most lenient of UFC referees would have called the fight over but this was no sanctioned bout, as the black-jersey-wearing Raiders fan absorbed at least four ground-and-pound punches to the face from the two fans while knocked out.

A female then jumps in to defend the unconscious man by attacking the white jersey Raider fan.

Wearing a black dress, the woman threw some ferocious right hands, forcing him to fall back and finally stop the assault on his unconscious foe.

The white jersey-wearing fan regained his footing and knocked down the women before finally taking a step back.

Some of the cooler-headed onlookers immediately attended to the battered and bloodied Raiders fan, who appeared seriously injured from the altercation.

The fighting was not limited to the fans.

Chargers wide receiver Josh Palmer and Raiders cornerback Jack Jones were both ejected from the game after a scuffle in the fourth quarter after a failed two-point conversion by LA.

There were multiple fan fights during the NFL season in 2023, but they’ve also leaked into baseball games and UFC events .

The Chargers got the last laugh during Jim Harbaugh’s first game as the team’s head coach, winning 22-10 as Raiders coach Antonio Pierce lost his official debut after being promoted from interim coach.

It's Raiders fans, especially the ones who only watch their team play when they are in LA. They are Charger Haters big time and look for trouble often, especially when the Raiders are leading, winning, etc. And the wild / crazy ones will call out to a Chargers fan, "F the Chargers" in a heartbeat. It's like they are jealous of the Chargers playing in LA and feel like they should be playing nearby in LA and not Vegas.
