    That’s a rap.

Longtime hip-hop artist and music executive Sean “Diddy” Combs has listed his 10-bedroom, 17,000-square-foot mansion in Beverly Hills for a cool $61.5 million, according to the property snoops at Page Six.

The listing, whose price makes it the second priciest now for sale in the exclusive Holmby Hills area, according to Realtor.com , comes roughly six months after Homeland Security conducted a raid on it.

The bulk of information surrounding the March 25 raids — which also targeted Combs’ waterfront residence in Miami — is unclear. However, multiple sources have said they were executed as part of a sex-trafficking investigation, with insiders telling NBC News the investigators are preparing to present evidence to a grand jury in New York.

Authorities reportedly removed multiple electronics from both homes and opened safes inside. In July, Page Six reported the raids caused “significant property damage” at both dwellings.

Not just anyone can line up to eye this newly listed behemoth. The listing, represented by Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency, notes the home will only be shown to “prequalified clients.”

The listing itself also notably doesn’t show any images of the interior.

Combs, 54, aims to earn a tidy profit, should the dwelling trade hands for its current asking price. He reportedly shelled out $39 million for it in 2014. (His Miami home, previously owned by Miami royalty Gloria and Emilio Estefan, cost Combs $35 million seven years later.)

And should a qualified client go through with the purchase of this West Coast domicile, they’ll be in famous company. Page Six notes the area is home to Kylie Jenner, fashion scion Alexandra Von Furstenberg and tech mogul Sean Parker.

Marketing images show the property stands behind hedges, and with the mansion surrounding a manicured lawn. There are plenty of areas for seating al fresco — and a number of oversize windows grace the exterior.

The listing notes the offering spans 1.3 acres. A cobblestone driveway heads to the entry, whose foyer has a sweeping staircase flooded with light.

There’s a large living room, a formal dining room, a chef’s kitchen and a wine cellar. As for other perks, there’s also a theater with seats for 35, dual baths and large closets in the primary suite — and even a two-story guest house with a recording studio.
