Brute who beat NYC pizzeria worker while pit bull attacked called unconscious victim ‘f–king bitch’: prosecutors

The dog owner who pummeled a Manhattan pizzeria manager as his pit bull pounced allegedly taunted the unconscious victim as a “f–king bitch,” prosecutors said in court Monday — as chilling new details were revealed in the case.

Tyshaun Watson, 35, pleaded not guilty for the attempted murder of a Roma Pizzeria employee in August as it was revealed the manager is still listed in critical condition after doctors removed his breathing tubes on Sunday.

Manhattan Assistant District Attorney Nicole Borczyk claimed that after Watson and his dog brutalized the 47-year-old manager and stomped on his face in the concrete outside the pizzeria, the assailant went back into the restaurant with the animal and sat in the dining area until police arrived.

“As the defendant walked out of the pizzeria, he yelled to the other employees, ‘Tell your boss man he’s a bitch! He’s a f–king bitch!'” Borczyk said.

Borczyk said the attack lasted for about five minutes, with the assault starting on the night of Aug. 19 when Watson was told his dog could not enter the Flatiron eatery.

Watson then allegedly walked up to the counter and began arguing with the manager, with the irate man accused of throwing the first punch and tackling the employee to the ground.

The dog owner continued to punch the manager in the face as the pit bull bit him, with the other staffers unable to pull them off their boss, prosecutors said.

Watson then got the manager in a chokehold and slammed him outside the restaurant, where he proceeded to kick him and stomp on his face twice against the concrete, Borczyk said.

The victim had been intubated and put into a medically induced coma for two weeks with injuries to his face, brain bleeding, facial fractures and dog bites. While he is no longer intubated, the manager still remains on oxygen, the lawyer added.

Watson remained stone-faced in court as Borczyk went over the details of the brutal attack, which was captured on surveillance video.

The suspect had previously apologized for the brutal attack during a court hearing last month, where he claimed he did not mean to pummel the employee.

Watson is charged with attempted murder in the second degree, with prosecutors seeking a prison sentence of 25 years and an additional five years supervised release.

The New Jersey man has only one prior arrest in the Big Apple — for criminal possession of stolen property in 2008, sources told The Post.
