Chloe Troast is leaving “Saturday Night Live” after one season.

The 27-year-old comedian and actress revealed on social media Wednesday that her exit from the NBC sketch comedy series ahead of Season 50 “was not my choice.”

“Hey everyone! I wanted to let you know that I will not be on ‘SNL’ next season,” she wrote in a TikTok video.

Troast joined “SNL” as a featured player for Season 49. She made her debut on the Oct. 14, 2023, episode.

Fans were disappointed hearing Troast was seemingly fired from the show.

“There must be tea because this makes no sense. Like what really happened???” one person commented on Troast’s TikTok.

“Absolutely wild. You had one of the strongest first seasons of any cast member in a decade,” someone else said.

A third comment read, “I am violently upset over this news.”

“You were such a refreshing addition, it makes absolutely no sense,” another viewer told Troast.

Johnson, 39, who made history as the show’s first openly queer black woman when she was cast in 2020 , revealed in June that she made the decision to leave .

“I talked to my team. I was like, ‘Look, I don’t really know if I belong at this job, so maybe I should step away,’” she said on the “Fly on the Wall” podcast.

Kearney, 32, the first nonbinary performer to join the “SNL” cast, announced their departure in an Instagram post last month.

“Reflecting on the amazing 2 seasons I got on this show, it was such a dream come true. So incredibly grateful for this period in my life.”

“So much love to all my big hearted buddies behind the scenes who make the magic happen every week,” Kearney added. “So many bald caps, so little time.”

The cast of the new season of “SNL” will include many returning stars, including Michael Che, Colin Jost, Bowen Yang, Heidi Garner, Chloe Fineman, Mikey Day, Kenan Thompson and Ego Nwodim.

New featured players include Ashley Padilla, Emil Wakim and Jane Wickline.
