One Facebook group isn’t getting any applause from Lady Gaga.

The Grammy Award-winning singer fired back at her former NYU classmates who cruelly started a closed Facebook group titled, “Stefani Germanotta, you will never be famous.”

“Some people I went to college (with) made this way back when,” Gaga said. “This is why you can’t give up when people doubt you or put you down—gotta keep going.”

Gaga’s response came in the wake of a viral TikTok posted on Tuesday, showing the infamous page insulting the singer.

The page’s cover photo is an old image of Gaga, born Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, as a younger, brunette woman with a black X over her.

The next slide of the TikTok post showed a photo of the “Shallow” singer holding an Oscar with a list of all her awards, which include 13 Grammy Awards, two Golden Globes, 18 MTV Video Music Awards and many other achievements.

“Success is the best revenge,” one person wrote.

“She’s not just famous, she’s THE FAME,” another user added.

The now-deleted Facebook group, made by her classmates at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, had 12 members during the time of the screenshot.

Gaga has been outspoken about her experience with bullying throughout high school and college.

“It stays with you your whole life. I remember things that bullies said in front of other people and nobody said anything,” Gaga told the Australian television series “ The Sunday Project ” in 2020. “Nobody said, ‘Are you OK? Are you fine?’ In fact, if I was to speak up about a bully being mean to me, it would be making it worse for me at school.”

”Being bullied has taught me the importance of kindness because it is something that can be fixed.”

The singer skyrocketed into the mainstream in 2009 when her hit track “Just Dance” was released along with a series of popular songs on her “The Fame” album like “Paparazzi” and “Poker Face.”

New music is expected to be released next month.

In a post on her X account Sept. 3, the singer shared a photo showing her itinerary for the Venice Film Festival that included a welcome dinner, world premiere of “Joker: Folie à Deux” followed by some press events. The next section featured the film, starring Joaquin Phoenix, hitting theaters in October with another line that read “XX October: LG7 first single.”

Fans believe she’s planning to release the first track off her highly anticipated seventh studio album sometime in October.
