Broadcast titan Hoda Kotb is leaving the bright lights of Manhattan behind, and she’s taking a big step to slow down — but not that far away.

The 60-year-old “TODAY” show co-host has traded her bustling New York City lifestyle for the quiet, suburban charm of Bronxville — a city suburb located in Westchester County.

The TV host is also stepping away from her high-profile role on the morning show to spend more time with her daughters, Haley and Hope, marking the start of a new chapter for the beloved journalist.

“I want my house for the kids to feel warm and cozy, and a place where they want to hang,” Hoda said, addressing the big changes on a recent episode of “TODAY with Hoda & Jenna.”

And what better place for her girls to feel at home than a sprawling, nearly $2.9 million residence just a short train ride from Manhattan?

Kotb’s new suburban paradise — a 4,000-plus-square-foot gem built in 1952 — comes with four bedrooms, five bathrooms and enough charm to make anyone forget the madness of the Manhattan skyline, according to Realtor.com, which first reported where the residence stands.

The deal for it closed in April, according to records seen by The Post.

The house was recently spruced up by local builders and features a chef’s kitchen, vaulted ceilings and even a sun-filled family room, perfect for downtime with the kids.

At an expansive 765 square feet, the primary bedroom itself is a retreat and features an ensuite spa bathroom adorned with Calcutta marble-tiled floors with radiant heat, a heated towel warmer, a skylight and vaulted ceilings, the previous listing notes.

But this move is more than just an upgrade in square footage.

It’s Hoda’s way of giving her daughters the simple, grounded life she craves for them.

“It’s all new — new kids, new school, new everything,” Kotb shared, reflecting on the change.

“And it’s funny because all I could think of was I want my house to feel warm and cozy…and that’s it.”

The Bronxville home comes with a spacious backyard, which Kotb has already begun using for family dinners under the stars. T

For Kotb, the nearby schools, parks and small-town feel make it the perfect place to raise her kids.

Kotb’s reps did not return a message seeking comment by press time.

The move to Bronxville might have come as a surprise to her legions of fans, but Hoda’s been thinking about it for a while.

Earlier this year, she teased the shift, saying she was ready for a “fresh start.”

“When I found this spot that I liked, a little town that had all the things that could teach my kids independence, I told my kids, ‘We’re repotting.’ They’re like, ‘What? We’re moving?’ I go, ‘Yeah, but we’re repotting.’”

And as much as Hoda cherished her Manhattan apartment — the place where she began her journey as a mom — this new home symbolizes the future she wants to build for her girls.

“We’re in for a brand-new adventure,” she told her daughters.

“We’re going to have so much fun. We have new friends, and we also have old friends.”

As for leaving her co-host chair behind, Hoda acknowledged it wasn’t easy. In a touching letter to the “TODAY” staff, she confessed, “As I write this, my heart is all over the map. I know I’m making the right decision, but it’s a painful one. And you all are the reason why.”

But for Kotb, it all came down to time — time she wants to spend with her daughters as they embark on this new life.

“I decided that this is the right time to move on,” she told her co-hosts, Savannah Guthrie and Jenna Bush Hager. “Obviously, I had my kids late in life and they deserve a bigger piece of my time pie that I have.”

Still, Hoda won’t be disappearing from NBC entirely — she made it clear she plans to stay “in the family.”

But for now, the quiet streets of Bronxville and the promise of a slower pace are calling.

And as Hoda said best, “This is going to be a great adventure. Let’s go!”
