He could have just flipped the goose the bird.

A Hoboken, N.J., man has been charged with animal cruelty after he allegedly drove his fast-moving e-bike into an innocent goose on purpose, killing it.

People called 911 in shock shortly after seeing Andrew Mullins, 30, allegedly strike the goose with the motorized bike on Sept. 11, near Pier A Park on Sinatra Drive.

Officers arrived at the park just after 5:30 p.m., and Mullins had already fled.

But “they found a person who fit the description of the individual on an e-bike and he was positively identified” as the goose-slaying suspect, a city spokesperson told The Post.

The goose was taken to an animal hospital but did not survive.

Mullins spent the night in county jail after being charged with cruelty to animals, a misdemeanor punishable by up to six months in jail and up to a $1000 fine.

He also received a summons for riding an e-bike on a walkway.

Hoboken Police have had run-ins in the past with Mullins.

At that time, he was charged with weapon possession after cops allegedly found brass knuckles on him.
