Terry Bradshaw’s colleagues weren’t buying it.

During “Fox NFL Sunday” before Week 4, Bradshaw was talking about Andy Dalton drawing his second consecutive start for the Carolina Panthers and facing his former team, the Cincinnati Bengals.

Bradshaw, 76, did so in what he’d go on to describe as a “Carolina” accent, causing the Fox crew to scratch their heads.

“Well that’s the question everybody’s asking right now,” Bradshaw began with the accent. “Down in Carolina, Andy Dalton will be facing his former team, the Bengals. And I don’t think anyone predicted what he did last week, 300 yards and three touchdown passes.”

Howie Long interjected, wondering if Bradshaw, a Louisiana native, was attempting to do a Colonel Sanders Kentucky Fried Chicken accent, while Michael Strahan said the Hall of Fame quarterback sounded like Rosco P. Coltrane, the sheriff from “The Dukes of Hazzard.”

Viewers were also perplexed by Bradshaw’s attempt at the accent.

“C’mon Terry, the people of North Carolina have suffered enough this week,” one X user wrote in response to Awful Announcing’s video of the moment , referring to the destruction caused by Hurricane Helene.

“Terry Bradshaw Sounded like Forrest Gump- I’ve lived in NC for 25 years- I’ve never heard anyone sound like that,” another X user replied.

This isn’t the first time this season Bradshaw mystified his colleagues .

Back in Week 1, at the beginning of the pregame show, Bradshaw was trying to express his joy about being back with the crew for a new NFL season.

“I haven’t been this excited since my aunt taught me how to play spin the bottle,” Bradshaw said then. “This is a great day.”

“We’re starting the season like that, huh?” host Curt Menefee replied.

Bradshaw talked like that in the 1970's‼️ He was on tv shows, films & commercials & got the jobs BECAUSE that's HOW he is, talks & behaves & he has a great sense of humor & humility about it. If you want to feel sorry for someone ~ look in your mirror, morons

Bradshaw is obviously suffering from too many hits to the noggin during his playing days! So sad to witness the cognitive decline of a Hall of Famer in real time! Needs to get out & stop embarrassing himself any further!
