Jhonkensy Noel’s deep fly ball in the seventh inning was gone, deep into the Friday Cleveland night.

Or so some camera work would have made you believe.

With the Yankees clinging on to a 6-5 lead in the bottom of the seventh inning in ALCS Game 4, Noel — he of the game-tying homer on Thursday — smacked a high, deep drive to left field.

For anyone watching on TV, the crack of the bat and the camera panning into the sky made the ball appear as if it was going deep into the left field bleachers.

These Yankees stress tests are the ones champions must survive

The ball appeared to be gone — according to the camera work.

Anthony Rizzo made up for two days of miscues with one big Yankees at-bat

However, the ball stayed in the park, and on top of that, Alex Verdugo caught the ball for the out.

The Yankees escaped trouble in the frame though Cleveland tied it in the eighth.

Folks on the social media sphere were none too pleased by feeling like they were duped.

“The camera fake out on that johnkensy noel swing just scared the hell out of me,” wrote one user on X.

“TBS and the camera crew wanted Noel’s can of corn to be a home run so bad,” wrote WFAN’s Shaun Morash.

“Heart attack angle by the camera work,” wrote another use.

“This is the most insane camerawork i’ve ever seen in my life,” chimed in another.

The Yankees took the lead in the top of the ninth against closer Emmanuel Clase, giving them much-needed life.
