In the 44th precinct Jerome Avenue is a cesspool. The auto shops that line the area blocks traffic, creates both noise and garbage pollution, and many fights and stabbings in the area. The police must get their respect back. Because they let them infest the area with their scofflaws it has grown into a cesspool.
