OVERNIGHT - MONDAY: A few downpours pushed through the central and northern parts of our region overnight into Sunday morning, but by 11 AM, any leftover showers and storms moved out, leaving partly to mostly cloudy skies and highs in the low-to-mid-80s across our region. A few showers popped up in southeastern ND and southern Lakes Country during the evening hours, but the chance for severe weather is very low for the overnight hours. So aside from an isolated shower or storm, we’re expecting a pretty quiet night.

Motorcyclist Killed In Collision With Deer Identified
(Velva, ND) — Authorities have identified the motorcyclist who died in a collision with a deer near Velva last week as Davis Franklin. He was 58-years-old and lived in Karlsruhe. Investigators say the crash happened on 45th Street North, and Franklin was thrown from his bike. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
