Aqua Pennsylvania Debuts ‘Sure Splash’ Program
Aqua Pennsylvania supports water safety with a $50,000 investment through its Essential Foundation under the Sure Splash initiative. Aqua Pennsylvania, an Essential Utilities company, is helping more families be safe and sure while they enjoy the water this summer through a $50,000 investment in community-based water safety programs. The donations were made through the company’s Essential Foundation as part of Aqua’s new Sure Splash initiative.

Tractor-trailer crashes into York County bank
Emergency crews responded to a York County bank Friday afternoon after a tractor-trailer crashed into the side of the building, according to police and county 911 dispatchers. The crash was reported at the First National Bank on the 2100 block of South Queen Street in York Township around 1:44 p.m., county dispatchers said.

Nonprofit receives $400K in state funding for Cumberland County housing project
A nonprofit organization has received $400,000 from the state for one of its latest homeownership projects in Cumberland County. Tri County Housing, a certified community development organization, will receive the money for its homeownership project in the 200 block of Eutaw Avenue in New Cumberland from the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency.
