Newcomerstown News: Diamond in the Rough and Chestnut Hill concerts upcoming

The Newcomerstown Historical Society will host two concerts on the lawn behind the Temperance Tavern Museum. Diamond in the Rough will entertain from 6 to 8 p.m. Aug. 2. Chestnut Hill Bluegrass Band will perform from 6 to 8 p.m. Sept. 7.

Financial seminar

Saylor Wealth Strategies will hold a free financial literacy seminar at 6 p.m. Wednesday, in the community room at the village administration office, with Art Saylor and Shelby Byland. For reservations, call 740-575-4782.

Party in the Park

Christ Methodist Church will host Party in the Park Aug. 4, at Cy Young Memorial Park. Food will be available from 5 to 6 p.m. at the picnic shelter 5 and free swimming from 6 to 8 p.m.
