Judge issues order against closure of Paden City High School
PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (WTAP) - Plans to close Paden City High School for the 2024-2025 school year have stalled following a court order. Wetzel County Circuit Court Judge Charles Wilson issued a temporary restraining order against Wetzel County Superintendent Cassandra Porter on Friday requiring Paden City High School be reopened, all personnel be reinstated, and extracurricular activities including marching band and sports be allowed to resume.
