Former Douglas County judge files motion to have nightclub arrest charges dropped
ATLANTA - Former Douglas County Judge Christina Peterson is seeking to have charges stemming from her recent arrest in Fulton County dismissed. Peterson was booked into jail last month following an altercation with Atlanta police at a nightclub in Buckhead. She faces charges of simple battery and felony obstruction for allegedly punching an officer.

In a message posted from Villa Rica’s Chick-fil-A, the current renovations are taking a bit longer than anticipated. Therefore the reopening date has been changed to August 1. Hiring took place a few weeks ago at Villa Rica Baptist Church. The restaurant closed on April 4 for a major renovation project. WOODSTOCK, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — Woodstock police have found a missing 14-year-old girl. The Woodstock Police Department says Lior Robinson was located Monday at 2:30 a.m. No other information was provided.
