Opening date unclear for Presidente in Palm Aire
Pompano Beach – Presidente is remodeling the old Winn-Dixie in the Palm Aire Marketplace plaza, but it’s unclear when it will open for shoppers. A contractor working on the grocery store located at Atlantic and Powerline Road, estimates it could be open in four or five months. It’s unclear, however, if that will turn out to be an accurate prediction. The time it takes companies to build and/or remodel storefronts and other developments is often underestimated, resulting in openings that sometimes occur weeks and months after the initial estimate.
